How
It Works

At a scheduled time determined by you, Remote Backup activates and selects which files need backing up. It then compresses those files into archives, typically 10% to 30% of the original file sizes.
These archives are password protected and security encrypted using an encryption level far higher than on-line banking.
After your files are compressed and encrypted, Remote Backup sends your files off-site to Datanational's storage facility. Remote Backup then verifies your files and goes back to sleep.
Your valuable computer data is now safe off-site, archived and ready to retrieve in part or in full when required.

Ordinary backup methods are often set up with a predetermined list of files to be backed up, this set of files usually represents the state of the system at the time of installation and often misses critical file changes and additions.
